MCModGen is an AI-powered Minecraft mod generation platform. By using MCModGen, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement.

These terms describe the current private-beta service. They may be updated as billing and public access become available.

• MCModGen can produce useful results, but AI output is unpredictable and may not match your exact goal on the first try.
• Output quality depends heavily on your prompt. Clear, detailed descriptions usually produce better results.
• Iteration is part of the process. Try different prompts and refine your request to get closer to your goal.

• You are solely responsible for the mods you generate and any consequences that result from their use, including data loss, crashes, or system instability.
• AI-generated code may contain bugs or unintended behavior. Review and test generated output before installing or distributing it.
• You agree not to use MCModGen to generate malware, exploits, cheats, griefing tools, or other malicious content.
• MCModGen may suspend or terminate access if prohibited or abusive use is detected.

• You retain the right to use, modify, distribute, and monetize mods you generate with MCModGen, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
• By using MCModGen, you grant the MCModGen operator a license to store, process, and use your prompts and generated outputs to operate, secure, and improve the service and its AI systems, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
• You agree not to create or use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, limits, or enforcement actions.

• Google Analytics 4 is optional and does not load until you choose Allow analytics.
• Declining analytics does not restrict authentication, generation, history, sharing, downloads, or other core functionality.
• You can change your choice from Analytics preferences in the site footer.

• New beta users may receive free starter credits, subject to the limits shown in their account.
• MCModGen shows the current customer price and estimated build time before a generation begins.
• Credit grants, generation caps, spend caps, pricing, and billing availability may change as the beta develops.

• You control whether a successful build has a direct share link and whether it appears in the public Mods Library.
• A public listing may show the mod title, author, description, Minecraft and loader versions, customer price charged, view count, and download count.
• Password protection restricts access to a direct link, but you should share the password only with people you trust.
• Removing a mod from the public library does not disable its direct link. Disable sharing separately when you want the link to stop working.
